The company adopts advanced HTRI design software to perform thermal calculation, fluid calculation and physical property data fitting for all welded plate heat exchangers, tubular heat exchangers and plate heat exchangers. With the strength calculation software SW6-2011 issued by the national pressure vessel Calculation Center, it can perform strength calculation and vibration check on shell and tube heat exchangers and various pressure vessels. For some special media such as seawater, sulfuric acid,strong alkali, sewage containing H2S and cl- and other working conditions, with reasonable material selection, electrochemical protection, thermal calculation, structural design, cleaning program design and manufacturing experience. It has the design certificate and manufacturing license of the first and second class pressure vessels, and has the IS09001 system certification(ISO9001-2015).
